SPRINT WONT LET ME ACTIVATE THIS PHONE ON THE NETWOTK CAUSE THE ESN WONT SHOW ON THE SYSTEM

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.2, CHANGE CARRIER

You cannot. You need to buy a Sprint iPhone 4.
