Q: Missing Songs?

I have myriad songs listed as "Matched" in iCloud status but with not cloud icon. What gives? Similarly, many songs are unavailable on my iPhone?

    Songs that don't show the iCloud download symbol in iTunes are already on your computer.  If you deleted them, the download symbol would appear.

     

    If you have songs in your iTunes Match library that don't appear on your phone, try turning iTunes Match off on your phone, then back on to allow it to redownload your iTunes Match library.  Also be sure Show All Music is set to On in Settings>Music.

    Thanks but that did not do it - going to ask for $$ back - Match it not worth it.
