Q: says my my apple id is disabled

my phone says apple id is disabled so i cant download apps. but i can still sign in to i tunes

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1, says apple id is disabled

Apple ID is Disabled - Apple Club
Apple ID- "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears

Me too same problem can't upload the apps still disabled to updating the apps
