unable to launch app in my second iphone

Hello,

i had a iphone 3, then i change for a iphone4, but since i use this one i'm unable to launch any app download from the app store?.

i use the same apple ID and computer.

I had try to delete app and then download again but same thing. I launch and it break down returning to the app screen.. any idea? thanks a lot. regards
