Not sure how to go about this one!
Open up your user/Library/Application Support/Dock folder and move any files there to the Desktop. Log out and back in. That will force it to rebuild the Launchpad.
To get to your user/Library, hold down the option key and select Library from the Go menu in Finder.
If this were happening to me I would delete the contents of this folder:
and then restart the Dock (e.g., by quitting it via Activity Monitor).
