Hard Disk Data?

I was confusing about my audio and movie data on my disk because the audio size is very big (~24GB) but I have only a few music, only 575 MB but it shows up like that. So I'm wondering how to locate all audio files and I'll delete the useless ones. Also, can you show your hard disk data
