How do I remove the "Chatzum" search please?

I downloaded VLC Player and was offered the "Chatzum Toolbar" even though I unchecked the box for this, my search bar replaces Google with "Chatzum Search" if I close and re-open Safari. It reverts to Google if I restart the Mac.

There are no extensions showing on my Mac nor do any of the installed plug-ins appear to be connected to "Chatzum" .

In the Safari Preferences, Google still shows as the chosen search engine, even when the "Chatzum" one is running.

I've searched online (with Google!) but I can't find anything Mac related. Can any kind soul help me please?

MacBook Air, iOS 6.1.3
