optic drive will not except disk

I've brought this to the community once before, as you can tell the solution didn't work because I'm back agin:

I just bought my frst mac about nine months ago it's a 2009 21" IMac which I've come to love but the problem is that my supr Drive ejects every disk I tryto put in it..... You've given me all the basic stuff to try but noe of it has helped. a little more info for ou is I cant axess my recovery I' locked out, Anyone have ANY IDEAS.
