Q: after erase all content and setting my iphone4 lose all data and i can't restore it back

please help me get my iphone4 back to work normal, after i erase all content and setting my iphone4 , iphone4 only display iphone and choise language and wifi settingand stack, i can't go anymore thanks

iPhone 4, iOS 5, this iphone already unlocked
