can no longer access itunes library on iphone

i have read all of the articles about home sharing and have followed everything suggested for my computer

and my iphone (ios 6.1.3) ...but when i go into my music then select "more" there is no option of "share"...all i have is

"compilations" or "composers" or "genres." i use to be able to access my itunes library from my phone and i have

not changed my id or password. could this have anything do do with not having enough storage in icloud? its telling

me i've exceeded the 5GB of storage. any suggestions??
