I pad 4 front camera blurring

I have a friend who had the same problem. He dipped a Q tip in windex and cleaned the front camera lens gently, then used another dry Q tip to dry it out. This solved his problem. Otherwise, I don't of any other remedy that can be applied, other than taking it in for repair.
