Q: My ipad will not start

My ipad will not start.

I have to do a hard reboot inorder for it to turn off.

It just get the start white apple and then it restarts after a few minutes.

I also cannot access the ipad via itunes and therefore I cannot do a restore. I could access it before the problem happened.

This occured after I updated an app and did a reboot. The update never completed itself (Flipboard)

The itunes is the lastest version.

iPad 2, iOS 5.1.1

Frozen or unresponsive iPad
