Looking for specific light streak transition

Hey all,

Back in 2006, Apple put together a Final Cut Studio demo reel...showing here: http://youtu.be/tv8I4W0TrFA (Not my YouTube account...just linking).

At :36 as well as the 1:07 mark, there is a cool blur/stretch/dissolve/light streak transition that I've been looking all over for. Does it look familiar to anyone? Anyone know who makes the plug-in? Of course, it could have been made specifically for the reel and not even a plug-in, but I was hoping someone would know. I have FCP 7 and X, so if it's available for either, that would be awesome.
