Help! I'm trying to import some CD's. Although the CD is one album, it shows up in iTunes as multiple albums. I noticed this was because on some songs, the artist was listed with other artists. I changed the artist listed, but I still have multiple CD's.

More information:

I'm trying to import at CD. Itunes imports all the songs, but then breaks it into albums. So the first album might have Song #1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10; the second album of the same name might have Song #4, 8 and the third album (also of the same name) have song #6 and 9.

I first noticed that it was subdivided because the singer on the album was listed with other singers. So ITunes assumed it was a different album (although the album name was the same).

I went in and edited the artist name to the single person. However, no luck. I still have 3 albums.

I'm a big believer in the integrity of keeping the order of songs in an album all in the same order as recorded. I know I can do a work around to create a playlist of the songs in order, but then it doesn't show up in the album list.

Can anyone help me make sure the albums have all the songs in the correct order?
