Q: I can't find FaceTime in my settings?

I can't find FaceTime on my iPod using App Store or settings

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.3, Can't find it on App Store either

Ok, a couple things to check. First check the model number from Settings - General - About - Model = ???? Post back with results.
Also check Settings - General - Restrictions - FaceTime = ???
