I am wondering if I can use my wireless keyboard from an iMac with my old macbook pro?

    Hello:

Short answer, not at the same time.  You can switch a BT device to another computer, but you would need to delete it from the first one before pairing with the second.

    Hi Barry,

so does this mean I need 2 keyboards when I want to use my MacBook in clamshell mode connected to the iMac? There seems to be a missing functionality to switch 'on-the-fly'. As I need to activate TDM mode on the iMac with the keyboard, I can not delete it from the iMac. And after activating TDM, I can not access the system settings of the iMac....

    Thanks
