Apr 17, 2013 5:00 AM in response to VerbWarby Kerry Sanders,Thanks for the post VerbWar. I am running on Mac with Mountain Lion. The first option of toggling the iTunes Store in preferences did not work for me, but the second option of deleting the defaults at the terminal did work.

1. Clear Cache
2. Run iTunes as Administrator.
