Q: i lost my contacts for my i phone, how do i get them back?

So i dropped my I-Phone 4S in the pool today is there a way to regain my contacts list of phone numbers?

    They should be synced to a supported application on the computer, such as Outlook, Address book, or a cloud based application such as iCloud, or Google. You can just sync them back from those places to a new device.
