Q: I can't load instructor image in itunes u course manager

I am trying to set up my instructor profile but when I try and load my pic (400 x 400) it just hangs and I cannot go any further

Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Did anyone work out a solution to this problem. I have tried 300 x 300 px and 600 x 600 no joy

What error is reported when you try to upload the image? What type of image is it, i.e. PNG or JPG?
