Q: iPod Nano won't add/sync MP4 videos?

Hello! I recently switched computers and I'm working on rebuilding my media library. iTunes sees the videos I'm adding (which had no trouble being added to the iPod Nano via Windows 7) but now it refuses to sync them (via iTunes in Windows 8). I get the error message:

"Some of the videos...were not copied to the iPod because they cannot be played on this iPod."

Why not? What's going on? They were fine before. How can I fix?

What type of iPod do you have. The iPod nanos do support MP4 but it depends on what nano you have.

The newest one. I'm not sure the version. It's long, touch screen, with a round dot power button. It was playing MP4s with no problem before I had to rebuild my library. And now that I've resynced it, it told me that it couldn't sync ANY of the video files but a few of them did end of transferring. I don't get it =/

I see you have the iPod Nano 7th gen. I seen so many of the same issue. I have no idea for nano. If you had an iTouch or iPhone, I could make things a whole lot easier. Sorry I can't help you out.

iTunes: May be unable to transfer videos to iPhone, iPad, or iPod (supports nanos as well)
