It keeps saying error downloading iOS 6.1.3

When I am trying to download the update iOS 6.1.3 it says error updating

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2

The update is about 850 Mb.. If you are trying the update over WiFi it could give you trouble.

Do the update via iTunes on your PC.
