Hoping for some guidance here - especially if Saint Roger is listening...

I've been podcasting since 2008 with a show that's been included on iTunes for longer than I can remember here:

http://www.itunes.com/podcast?id=280382058

The episodes are fed from Blog Talk Radio here:

http://www.blogtalkradio.com/scottfox.rss

We've changed nothing in our settings for years.

About 10 days ago suddenly all of our past episodes disappeared from iTunes but we'd sure like to get them back.

2 emails to Apple Support have gone unanswered.

Can anyone please advise?

Thanks very much.

The feed you link to is OK and can be subscribed to manually in iTunes, where lots of episodes show.

However that's not the feed the iTunes Store is using. It's using the feed at

http://feeds.feedburner.com/clickmillionairesradio

This has only one episode, and the 'enclosure' tag in that contains the URL of an rss file, though I couldn't get it to load. As the episode has no playable media iTunes does not show it.

Evidently something has gone seriously wrong between your original feed and Feedburner.

Since Feedburner is not picking up your original feed you can't use the 'itunes:new-feed-url' method to move the Store to the original feed.

You could try emailing Support at podcasts 'at' apple.com and asking them to move the Store to using the blogtalkradio feed. I can't absolutely promise that they will, but they have for a number of people; that would solve your problem.
