Exported Keynote over Airplay to Apple TV - Issue with embedded Aperture slideshow.

When I export my Keynote presentation (with embedded Aperture slideshow) it plays back fine in quicktime on my computer, but when I play it through my AppleTV, the slideshow movie fails to play properly. The audio continues fine, but the video hangs up. Are there export settings that have worked for people trying to stream a Keynote with embedded Aperture side show over Airplay to Apple TV? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
