Why does the Netflix app keep forgetting what I rated the movie or TV show?

Hello Apple community,

I've been having a strange problem for a little while now but have only just started to enquire.

Problem: When rating a Netflix movie or TV show in the Apple TV, exiting the movie or TV show title, then going back in again, it then shows the Netflix rating of the community, not the one I assigned to it.

Resolution: ???

I can't figure it out. I've restored my Apple TV, signed in and out of Netflix from the Apple TV... nothing seems to help. It's like I can't rate anything anymore. Oddly enough, it still remembers ratings from the desktop web app and previously from my Apple TV before this weird issue started happening.

What's even stranger to me, is that I also have my same Netflix account setup on the Apple TV at my parents house since I house sit there often... it seems to me that if I rate a movie or TV show in Netflix on the Apple TV at their place, it works as expected. This is why I tried restoring my Apple TV thinking maybe something was just corrupt or buggy. Both Apple TV's are on the same software version (the latest).

Anybody else experiencing this problem? Any suggestions? I was wondering if calling Netflix would even help at all, thinking maybe one device dominates over the rest or something, so effectively cutting off certain features from the other devices? I don't know anymore lol. Any ideas?
