My wifi is not working after I have installed the new version 6.1.3. The color is grey and I've tried already several possible solutions, restore, download again, fridger,, reset everything. Nothing works...

I have exactly the same problem with wi-fi !!! and as far as I know our cases are not unique!

With 250 million iPhones no case is unique; no matter what issue you have, it's pretty certain that someone else has the same or similar issue. Knowing that, you are no closer to a solution, are you? For other ideas on how to fix it look in the "More like this" box on the right side of this page.
I see that is a coincidence being after the actualization built by Apple...and I know at least 2 friends wit same issue... So how many millions have this issue? Why. Apple do not react?
Last week millions had an issue with iMessage. The forum was swamped; there were 4 pages of threads about it, and hundreds of responses in every thread. This problem affects very few people, and there are several different causes. None of the 20 iPhones in my office have any problem. It's real, but it isn't common and isn't an issue with 6.1.3, which was a very minor update fixing a vulnurability that could allow someone to bypass the lock code. No way it could have caused a WiFi problem. If you actually research it you will see that there are WiFi problem posts all the time, for the past 5 years. If you want it fixed you will have to research in the forum or other sites and find out how to fix it on your phone. Or live without WiFi. Those are your only 2 choices.
I'm unhappy with a mobile phone that has only 14 months, that was not cheap, that has only 1 year warranty even if in europe is mandatory 2, that I go to a Apple store to solve this issue and they ask 200€ without really check if Apple is really responsible or not. There is also a 3 choice... Not buying more iphones in the future...

I have the same problem. Wifi dosent work after the last update and this dosent help. Cant move the Wifi to on.
And i agree about only 12 months warrenty it is completly mad with a phone that is pretty expencive.
my 4s is also 14 months old..
I guess you shouldn't buy any smart phone, because there are none with a longer warranty, and most have a shorter warranty.

Meanwhile I think solved the problem!!!
I've put the phone in off mode, put in plastic film( for Sandwich ) well thight in several turns and put in freezer for 1:30h... Than I took it out... And wifi started to work!
I do not know for how long. I'll keep you informed :-)
yesterday I saw that on internet and tried 10 min. And did not worked out... Today I read 2 ,tested, and seems to work.
I've put also the dryer working after to dry well the phone and avoid humidity problems!

Great news! That fix sounds improbable, but it has worked for a lot of people. Please let us know if it is a more or less permanent fix for you.

Does not work again... It is better to forget this solution...
did not think that the phone just stop working because of the condensation?
The phone works normally, just wifi is again off. There was no big condensation has the iphone was properly isolated. Only air was from Inside iphone that condensated. Eventhough I have dry it with an hairdryer afterwards.
restore the device if that doesnt work you need a replacement because its probly the antenna
