How to ignore a Software Update on Mountain Lion

Okay, I hate Safari 6 with a vengence. I am lucky enough to have reinstalled Safari 5 on ML. However, Software Updates keeps telling me I have an update available and guess what? Now, on all previous versions of Mac OS it was possible to tell Mac OS to ignore particular updates - how do I do this on ML?
