Epson Stylus DX8450 printer has stopped working with OSX 10.7.5. Does anyone know what driver I need?

Hi, My Epson Stylus DX8450 printer has stopped working. I'm fairly confident it is to do with the driver. I'm running OSX 10.7.5 and have tried the apple driver update version 2.28 and a couple others with no luck. Anyone know which driver works? I've looked around and seen mentioned that I need version Epson driver version 8.6 but I can't find this anywhere. Also, my system only offered an update of version 2.28 so I'm very confused! Any help much appreciated. Thank you.
