Notified when Location Services Turn Off?

I heard someone say they had their account setup where they had all the families phones on one Find My iPhone account. So they could see them all when they logged into find my iPhone. I have ours done that way. But is there a way to have a notification sent to me if my kid turns off their location services. I heard of someone who had something that as soon as a kid or whoever turned off their location services they got a notification. Maybe an app, but I don't think Find My iPhone does that...

I just asked them at lunch and they said all their phones are on that one account and they just turned off their location services - just slid it to off - and the other party called them a few minutes later and said your gps got turned off or you went offline... How did they do that? They are creeped out... BUT i'd like to have that for my kids.
