These Windows registry setting don't seem to apply to iTunes 11.x.

These windows registry settings don't seem to apply to iTunes 11.x. Are there any documents with updated registry settings? I tested the registry setting on Windows 7 with iTunes 10 and iTunes 11. There was different behavior from iTunes 11. Specifically parental controls are not locked and grayed out.
