ICloud storage problem
I've bought 50gb space but I still can't download a movie. When I attempt, it comes back with a message of error or space is full. Please help.
Purchasing more space in iCloud does not give you more space on your device, it only gives you more space in your iCloud account to sync data and back up your device. If you're out of space on your device, you'll have to remove something to make more room.
