On itunes, if an Album is supposed to have 10 songs, there are currently 40 songs.? Would imatch correct problems like those?

My music file in / on itunes is messed up. If an album is supposed to have 10 songs, the system (itunes) has duplicated them at least 4 times so where an album is supposed to have 10 songs, now there are 40 songs. How can I correct errors like those? And, would imatch correct problems such as those? Please help! Thank you!
