right now i can't do anything the screan says ipod is disabled connect to itunes. I don't even know how yo do that

Did you check out the link I posted? Did you expand the applicable section:

If you have previously synced your device with iTunes

If you have never synced your device with iTunes

If you don't have access to a computer
