I am trying to figure out my Ipod it just started acting wierd.

Today i was trying to listen to a song on my Ipod nano but when i would click on it it would pick on randomly. For example i clicked on a song and it like randomly picked a song. then after that it would mix up the songs. Like it played a pappa roach song and it said that it was pieces by Rascal Flatts. I have already Restored it but still nothing. Any body know how to fix this?
