A box comes up with" itunes could not back up iphone because the back up was corrupt or not compativble with the iphone. Delete the back up for this phone & try again - press ok or more info" - Advice on how to proceed plz - w/o loosing all my info on phone

    Did you delete the corrupt backup ?


    iTunes>Edit >Preferences>Devices

    Your Device backups are listed here. You can select and then hit the delete button.

    Many thanks - YEP  I did delete corrupted backup and uninstalled itunes and started afresh - thank god last backed up to the icloud worked as computer copy was corruped.
