Hello,

I am using iphone 5 ios 6.1 and Itunes version 11.0.2. I am unable to install/update apps through ITUNES which are already downloaded from Apple store. This is first time I am facing this type problem. I am able to sync videos, movies, rigntones and wallpaper. When I am updating the apps it shows WILL UPDATE and I click on APPLY button. It shows 4 steps to sync but that app would not install. I have removed itunes and re install but this problem persists.

Please help in solving this issue.

This is not as simple as you have done. It creates more problems than solves them.

You have to follow procedure as outlined for uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes.

If you don't want to do it, attempt on a different computer.

Please follow the procedure as given in the doc.

iTunes and iCloud are two different applications.

First try basic troubleshooting.

Reset iPhone by holding Home and Power Buttons together till Apple logo appears. No data is lost.

Next Restore to a backup. And try.

Still not doing then Backup, Restore and setup as New.

Hi, Thanks for supporting. I has been solved by removing and re installing of itunes. Earlier it has not been done but I had also taken the support of APPLE and they have suggested the same as you have suggested and now it works. Thanks once again. Regards Ashu
