Ca Ashu Level 1 Level 1



I am using iphone 5 ios 6.1 and Itunes version 11.0.2. I am unable to install/update apps through ITUNES which are already downloaded from Apple store. This is first time I am facing this type problem. I am able to sync videos, movies, rigntones and wallpaper. When I am updating the apps it shows WILL UPDATE and I click on APPLY button. It shows 4 steps to sync but that app would not install. I have removed itunes and re install but this problem persists.


Please help in solving this issue.

Hi,   Thanks for supporting. I has been solved by removing and re installing of itunes.   Earlier it has not been done but I had also taken the support of APPLE and they have suggested the same as you have suggested and now it works.  Thanks once again.  Regards  Ashu
