Unable to access 3g on my iphone 5 (Vodafone Karnataka)

Hi,

I'm using Vodafone Karnataka network. Vodafone team are saying that the issue is with iPhone and they are trying to address the issue. Anybody else facing similar issues? Anyway to circumvent this problem?
