"ME returned a temporary error"

Hey so my iPhone 5 is giving me a "

ME returned a temporary error"message when I put in my sim card...then it drops my carrier and says "No service"

I'm not sure what to do, Telus does not know the problem nor does Apple...and I'm without a phone...I tried replacing the sim care....I had to buy a new one...and still no luck...the phone is not unlocked...its with Telus...its just...doing this..

Apple told me to contact my provider...which I did...but there not much help...they don't know the problem..

tried restoring...restting network settings...all that, help???

That's an authentication error with your sim card...its trying authenticate with the network and is unable to do so. What happens when you tap "Accept"?

It go's to the home screen, and later drops the singal so low and then says no provider. As the same when I tap cancel.

I forgot to mention i just switch from blackberry, and I'm still on blackberry plan, I just had all my account info switched to a microsim...and Telus told me it should still work.

I did, I went back and got a brand new sim because they told me it could be a faulty sim....and I just bought it....regardless...I bought another one.
