I have a 10.2 itune and need tp update for newses to be abble to syn with my phone. I have try download many time for new version. after doing it for many hour. My itune still not update. I'm useding the window 7. Still could not find out what is the issue?

Something prevents your computer from update. Most times it is your security software, try to disable it first and then download. Make sure your download started from the beginning (don't use old download) and verify that you downloading correct version of itunes (32 or 64 bit)
