Q: Synchronization trouble ihone 4 and outlook 2003

I sync outlook 2003 with Iphone 4 (latest sw) via USB and Itunes (latest version), get sync conflicts and choose Outlook entry. Then I get error message that this was not possible, and the result is that some data of some contacts is missing in both units, eg phone numbers and email adresses, and notes Anyone knows how to resolve?
