after uninstall I cannot reinstall itunes on laptop with Win 7 even though it says "Thank You for Downloading Itunes"

no, the itunes window opens & says "Thank You for Downloading Itunes" then just stops. It does nothing. Itunes is not there.
Maybe jdshea51 isn't getting that message but i am and i'd appreciate any help or advice you could give me, thanks.

Go to Windows Start up, and go to all programs..... see if it shows there under iTunes or Apple
