Q: Loosing Edge Connection often, need to restart to get it back. can someone help me.

Hi All,

I am using Iphone 4 with IOS 6.1.3 . Recently i am noticing that my Edge network connection on my phone is disappearing. As a work around, i need to restart my Iphone to get my Edge connection back on my device.

I am feeling bad to restart every time i loose edge connection when i have full network availbility .

Can someone help me.

Where are you? Many carriers are in the process of shutting down their EDGE networks. What did your carrier say about it when you reported the problem to them?
