Apr 19, 2013 3:05 PM in response to Larry Wassonby Peggy,What version of AppleWorks are you using & what version of OS X are you using it in? Your profile under your post says you're using Mountain Lion but you cannot run AppleWorks on Lion or Mountain Lion. The last version of OS X that AppleWorks will run on is Snow Leopard, 10.6.8. Once you've answered this we can move on.

Apr 19, 2013 3:33 PM in response to Peggyby Larry Wasson,Using AW 6.2.9 on my wife's computer running Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Trying to open the AW file on her computer and cut and paste into Pages 4.3. Guess I solved my own problem. The saved file was under Avery Label 8160 and I changed the layout to Avery 5160 and now all the records are showing. Both labels are the same size, so don't know exactly the problem.
