Doeas anyone know of any software application or on-line service where I can create a Will on my iMac?
I do not want to use Willmaker or nolo.com because Willmaker by Quicken is Windoze only and Nolo.com's Online Will does not work friendly with a Mac using Safari.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

You can check out Suze Orman Will & Trust Kit or Complete Family Wills, both of which appear to have Mac versions. I haven't used either so I can't vouch for them.
Unless you have a very simple need, though, I caution against "packaged" will creation kits. Many just don't get it right. If you do go with software, I'd still recommend you have an wills and estates attorney cast an eye over what you end up with to make sure it will do what you want and be valid in your community.

Agree with Varjak. Unless you want all your assets going into probate after your death, you really need to have attorney's advice.
