how to fix ipod nano stuck on apple logo

my ipod nano (with camera) is stuck on apple logo. i have tried almost everything. i banged it against a table, i restored it... just everything. i can still hear and play music, put music onto it, and connect to itunes but i can't see the screen... just the apple logo. Does anyone have any suggestions?
