iPhone 4S - States Volume High, Yellow / Red Blocks

I've got the same problem, my brothers iPhone is a iPhone 4S and have the same software as me but still mine phone that came yesterday shows color. And I compared these phones, my brothers phone was actually able to reach a higher volume than mine.. Please help, I don't like the feature, I want To be able to control my volume by my self!

If you go into Settings>Music and check the Volume Limit, is it off?

I have this problem and i have check my volume limit and it is set to the highest ??

That's not the same as turning the volume limit OFF

sorry i didnt write that very well it is turned off and so is the option saying EU Volume Limit there all off ??

I've got a replacement iPhone 4S too

And suddenly, it also gives me the option to turn EU volume limit off.

First I was so happy to have a feature that's actually exclusive to iPhone 5.

But now, I discovered that the sound volume is actually same as loud as with fixed EU lock when turning EU lock off.

When turning this EU lock on, it's actually less loud than on normal EU volume cap.

So obviously, there's something wrong.

Apple did not intend to show this on iPhone 4S - and now that we have that switch, it's not even doing the same thing as it's doing on iPhone 5.

i have compaired it to my moms iphone 5 and its stupidly diferent, will have to wait till WWDC to see if they release a new ios, that might fic it then!
