if the sleep/wake button on my iphone is not working, is there still a way to reset it. The phone is stuck in "emergency call only" mode, due to to many attempts on passcode by my daughter.
unfortunately, the sleep/wake button does not work, so even when I connect to itunes and it tells me to unlock my phone first, I cannot due to the botton not working.
does anyone know of a way around this??

Sleep/Wake button will not lock or unlock iPhone
- To lock the phone, press the Sleep/Wake button. Note: By default, if you don't touch the screen for a minute, iPhone locks automatically.
- To unlock iPhone, press the Home button or the Sleep/Wake button, then slide the slider.
- If either of the above steps don't work, try turning iPhone off and then on again.
- If the iPhone will not power off, reset it.
- Try to lock or unlock the phone.
