iPhone 5 won't turn on!

last week i dropped my phone and it shattered. i was pretty annoyed and planned to get it fixed this week. today my home button stopped working- it seems like its being help down (siri keeps coming on). but now my phone wont even turn on!! i tried plugging it into Itunes to restore it, but it doesnt work! it restarts but it keeps telling me to connect to itunes (even after i restored it). what should i do? will apple fix this problem if i still have 1 yr warranty and my screen is shattered?
