Bellsouth stopped working on all 5 devices. Help!

I have 2 Macs, 2 iPads and an iPhone. My bellsouth account suddenly stopped working. Help is needed any advice. I have tried deleting readding. Force quit the app. I restarted device. I turned I cloud email off. What am I missing?
