Macbook Alu heats up, high fans and battery service

Hi everyone.

I own a Macbook Aluminum, (2.4 GHz intel core 2 duo, 4 GB DDR3) which has been running great until a month ago.

Suddenly it is getting hot 60-80c, (I don't know what's normal, but the fans is what worries me the most) and my fans are running 5k-6k rpm all the time. Together with this the battery suddenly went from 100% health to "Service Battery".

I have tried to do a PRAM and resetting the SMC without any luck at all.

The only App's I am running is Spotify and Firefox.

There's no weird behavior when I look at Activity Monitor and spectating the CPU.

MacBook, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
