How to change my payment details

I am receiving a note that my payment method is no longer approved by apple store, I have always used that before, it is Internet shopping visa, when replaced my card to change family name using same other card details including card number and password the card started to be declined . How can I fix this problem , knowing that my card has sufficient fund to cover all payments
